Getting Started with BizBytes NotesAI
Once connected, navigate to a constituent in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT® and click “Authorize AI Notes Summary” on the “BizBytes NotesAI” tile. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm the authorization.
Viewing AI Summarized Notes
Once authorized, the current constituent’s notes will be accessed through Blackbaud’s SKY API and read by Microsoft’s OpenAI. A concise summary generated by AI and the collection of notes will be returned on page.
